mornings
full day
Down to the half-day
Working patterns and time off are set by the morning or the afternoon. Rosie only works mornings; planck knows it.
Planning, workload, time off and budgets in one view. Free up to 5 resources, and open source.
Everything is drag and drop. A booking takes 2 seconds.
Workload, time off and budget in the same view.
€3 per person. Or €0 on your own server.
In 52 seconds:
An overload, a budget overrun or an out-of-contract booking is flagged instantly, never refused. You stay in charge; planck keeps watch.
The same planning as in the demo, but you hold the mouse. Four challenges, two minutes, no account.
One sentence is enough: the assistant reads workload, contracts, time off and budgets, then suggests a booking and explains why. Nothing is applied without your click, and everything can be undone.
planck is not an island. An MCP server, a plugin and an integration system expose the same actions as the interface, with the same permissions.

Enter adds a sub-project, Tab indents it, Alt+↑ moves it up. Envelopes recalculate, and anything unallocated shows.
None, Read or Write, per project and per person. Without the permission, rates and budgets never even leave the server.
Every view, open panels included, is a URL. Copy it, paste it: Tom sees exactly what you see.
Everything works with the mouse, and everything works from the keyboard too. The shortcut sheet is one key away.
Seven languages, a dark mode that follows your system, and the same app on a big screen or a phone.
A tool that refuses an entry makes you lose the real information: what is actually happening. planck flags, you decide.
A red band, a rising gauge, a tooltip. You see the problem, and you fix it by dragging a block.
The budget ruler turns hatched red and the forecast landing shows. The booking is saved all the same.
A booking that runs past the contract or falls on a non-working day is hatched and labelled. Not refused.
Only planned resources count. Observers, admins and read-only guests are free.
Prices exclude VAT.
planck is open source. Install it on your own server: every feature, no resource limit, without paying us a cent.
No. The Free plan and the 30-day Premium trial need no card. You only enter one when it's time to pay.
You choose: stay on Premium, or go back to Free (free up to 5 resources). If you don't choose, the workspace turns read-only. Your data stays intact and exportable.
Anyone with at least one booking in that month's planning. Observers, unplanned admins and read-only guests don't count.
Yes, at any time: Excel for plannings and budgets, and a full export to take everything with you, including to a self-hosted instance.
Yes, by exporting then importing, at no cost. And the other way round too.
French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese. Everyone picks their own.
It works on your instance, with the permissions of the person using it: it never sees a rate or a budget you couldn't see yourself. When self-hosting, you pick the model, local or through an API, and you can turn it off.
Two-factor authentication, fine-grained permissions per project and per person, strict isolation between organizations. Rates and budgets a member isn't allowed to see never leave the server.
